The vision
A community inspired by women 50+
The Grateful We’re Not Dead Project is creating Raven’s Nest Commons — a women-centered cohousing community inspired by the housing, connection, and support needs frequently voiced by women 50 and older.
It is designed to support independence, safety, connection, and a strong sense of community while offering right-sized private homes and meaningful shared spaces.
Raven’s Nest blends privacy and autonomy with mutual support, financial mindfulness, and opportunities for connection and personal enrichment.
Women-centered describes the mission and inspiration of the community; residency and membership are inclusive and consistent with applicable fair housing requirements.
